A practical, evidence-based guide exploring how early specialisation, training load and competition pressure affect children’s long-term wellbeing and participation in sport. This resource helps parents, coaches and clubs support healthy development by encouraging multi-sport participation, appropriate rest and lifelong enjoyment of movement.
Are you an athlete considering Pregnancy?
Safe and informed approaches to exercise during pregnancy. Guidelines that prioritise maternal health alongside fetal safety, covering topics such as supine positioning, balance and fall risk, pelvic girdle pain, running, and resistance training. Designed to support pregnant women, coaches and exercise professionals with transparent, evidence-informed recommendations.
